We currently offer delivery across the United Arab Emirates.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Processing delays may occur during sales or peak seasons.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timeframe depends on the destination:

  • Dubai: 1–3 business days
  • Other Emirates: 2–5 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, remote area locations, or external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive:

  • A tracking number
  • Delivery updates via SMS or email from the courier

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver due to:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Unanswered calls and messages

A re-delivery attempt may be scheduled. Additional fees may apply if the delivery fails repeatedly due to customer reasons.

Ownership & Risk

Ownership of products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
Risk of damage or loss passes upon receipt at the provided address.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If products are damaged, missing, or incorrect, report the issue to us within 48 hours with supporting photos.

Pre-Order or Out-of-Stock Items

If your order contains pre-order products:

  • Delivery timelines will be indicated on the product page.
  • Items may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.

Delivery Restrictions

We do not deliver to:

  • Restricted areas
  • PO Boxes (unless specified by courier practicality)

If delivery to your location is not feasible, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

Failed Delivery & Order Cancellation

If delivery continuously fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the order, and/or
  • Charge a cancellation or return shipping fee
