Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and replacements only if the item:

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Wrong or Damaged Items

Testing & Approval

Upon receiving a returned item, our technical team will evaluate the product:

  • If approved → Refund or replacement will be processed
  • If rejected → The item will be returned to you at your expense

The evaluation procedure may take 3–7 business days.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Online payment → Refunded to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery → Refund issued as store credit or bank transfer

Refund time may differ depending on banking/payment provider processing times.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before shipment at no charge.
If already shipped:

  • You may refuse delivery or return after receipt (return shipping fees apply)
  • Refund will be issued after item is returned and inspected

Warranty Support

Many products are covered by manufacturer warranty. In such cases:

  • After the 7-day return period, repairs or replacements will follow warranty center terms

We will assist customers with warranty service as required by UAE consumer protection regulations.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are:

  • Paid by us for defective/damaged products or incorrect shipments
  • Paid by the customer for returns due to change of mind or order errors

Change-of-mind returns are accepted only if packaging is sealed and item unused.
